Terms of Service
What you agree to when you use LeadsApp. Written in plain language.
1. The service
LeadsApp provides search and verification of B2B business contact information on a credit-based subscription. You buy a tier (Starter, Pro, or Scale), spend credits to reveal contacts, and receive automatic refunds for any contact our verification can't confirm.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account credentials, anyone you grant team-seat access to, and how the data you export is used. Don't share your login. Notify us at hello@leadsapp.com if you suspect compromise.
3. Acceptable use
Use exported contacts for legitimate B2B outreach. Do not: spam, send unsolicited commercial mail in violation of CAN-SPAM or similar laws, scrape our index outside the API, resell our data, or use the service for harassment, doxxing, or recruiter spam at scale.
4. Credits + billing
Credits are subscription-allocated and reset monthly. Credits for any contact our verification can't confirm at reveal time are refunded automatically to your balance. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — no annual contract, no minimum commitment. Cancellations stop the next renewal; the current period continues until expiry.
5. Refunds outside the verification system
We do not refund unused credits at the end of a billing period or at cancellation. If we materially break the service for more than 24 hours, we'll credit a pro-rated refund proportional to downtime.
6. Data accuracy
We verify every email at reveal time. We do not warrant 100% accuracy — verification checks domain deliverability, email-pattern conformance, and disposable/role filtering (it is not live mailbox/SMTP probing), and email systems change. Because of this, any contact our verification can't confirm is refunded to your credit balance automatically.
7. Privacy + data subject rights
See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how to remove data. We honor GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws. Suppression list uploads are respected within 30 days.
8. Liability
We provide the service "as is." Our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate acceptable use, dispute valid charges, or attempt to exploit the refund system fraudulently. We'll give 7 days' notice for non-violation termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming. Class actions are waived.
11. Changes
We'll email account holders if these terms materially change. Continued use after notice = acceptance. Last updated: May 2026.
