By accessing or using LeadsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Violate the rights of others

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by XAscend LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XAscend LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which XAscend LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
