Calendly
Paste your link once and the AI sends it to the right leads at the right moment. It works with any booking URL — Calendly, Acuity, SavvyCal, HubSpot Meetings, or a page on your own site.
What it does
- Works with any URL: Calendly, Acuity, SavvyCal, HubSpot Meetings, TidyCal, or your own booking page.
- Offered on hot leads and on request — not appended to every message.
- Sits naturally in the reply, in your voice, alongside the answer to what they actually asked.
- Quiet hours are respected, so nobody gets chased toward your calendar at 2am.
- The AI never claims a specific time is free — it sends the link and lets Calendly own the availability.
- Nothing sends without you until you say so: review mode is the default, so the first few booking invitations are ones you read and approved.
Setting it up
About 2 minutesCopy your Calendly link
In Calendly, open the event type you want leads to book — usually a consultation or intro call — and copy its scheduling link. Use the link for that specific event type rather than your general profile page, so leads land straight on something bookable. What it looks likehttps://calendly.com/your-name/intro-callPaste it into LeadsApp
Go to Settings → Business profile and paste it into the Booking link field, then save. That's the entire integration — there's no app to authorise and no permissions to grant. You can also set this during onboarding when you first create your account.Check the wording on a real reply
Next time a hot lead comes in, the draft in your review queue should include your link. Read it before approving — that first one tells you whether the tone is right, and if it isn't you can edit the draft or tell the AI what to change and it'll learn from it.Mark the lead as Booked when they book
Calendly will email you the booking as usual. Open that lead in LeadsApp and set its status to Booked. This matters: it stops the day 1 / 3 / 7 follow-ups so nobody gets a “just circling back” message after they've already put time in your diary. If they replied to your email as well, the follow-ups will have stopped already.
The one honest difference from Cal.com
Calendly doesn't tell LeadsApp when someone books. Cal.com does — and when it does, the lead flips itself to Booked, the booking lands on the timeline, we email you, and the follow-up sequence cancels on its own. With Calendly that last part is a manual click, which is step 4 above. Everything else — the AI choosing the right moment, the wording, the quiet hours — is identical. If that click bothers you, moving to Cal.com is the only reason we'd suggest it. See the Cal.com setup.
What it does not do
Better to know now than to find out in week two.
- It doesn't know when someone books. Calendly sends us nothing, so the lead won't mark itself Booked — you do that, and it takes one click.
- It doesn't read your availability. LeadsApp never says "I have Tuesday at 3 free"; it sends the link and lets Calendly answer that.
- It doesn't create, reschedule or cancel meetings, and it won't send reminders — Calendly already does all of that.
- There's no Calendly sign-in or app authorisation, so there's nothing to disconnect. It really is just a URL in a field.
- It won't embed your Calendly inside a LeadsApp page. Leads follow the link out to your booking page as normal.
- The link is offered on hot leads and on request, not on every reply. That's a deliberate product decision, not a setting.
